2. Nature of the Website & QDroid Ordering
This website is a visual showcase, branding, and customer discovery platform. It is not an online store checkout engine.
All actual product purchasing, shopping cart management, payment processing, and final delivery logistics are executed through our official storefront hosted on QDroid (https://qdroid.in/cake-treat/cake-treat). Product prices, item availability, delivery fees, and order cancellations are governed by Cake Treat merchant terms on the QDroid platform.
3. Custom Cake Inquiries & Lead Times
Inquiries submitted via WhatsApp or our consultation forms are subject to baker confirmation and production scheduling. Bespoke tier cakes, complex fondant designs, and wedding orders generally require 24 to 48 hours advance notice.
4. Food Safety & Perishable Goods
All cakes and confections are freshly prepared without chemical preservatives. Due to the perishable nature of handcrafted bakery goods, once an order is prepared and dispatched via QDroid, it cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged during transit.
5. Intellectual Property
All culinary photography, brand assets, logos, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Cake Treat and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
